Organizational Structure

PPES has a team of 70 employees working in the school, ten of whom are engaged in marketing.

The organization is headed by the founder and president, Virender Sam Singh, and its CEO is Renuka. Outside of the school, a small team of six people work to manage fundraising, communications and management supporat. Financial audits, architectural design and infrastructural development are handled by professional agencies outsie of PPES.
