Health and hygiene are key practices PPES teaches and encourages within the school. Immunizations are provided to our students as needed. Total check-ups are provided as students join the school. During their tenure, periodic check-ups are conducted for all students, and students are trained about the importance of a balanced diet. Recently PPES has also initiated an Adolescent Health Training course for its students.
PPES has also started health initiatives in the village. Camps for cataract operations in the village have been held for the past 18 years. These camps last one week and provide patients with free medical, food and boarding facilities. They have helped thousands of people and are a main resource for the elderly members of the village.
In 2007, PPES started providing Health Check-Up camps, which allowed people from the village to receive a general check-up. 2008's camp was attended by more than 300 people.
