G. Irvin Lipp, APR, is a communications professional with more than 37 years of global experience in crisis and issues management and consent-to-operate community relations.
Lipp was named a DuPont Fellow in 1998. This unique honor capped a 33-year career with DuPont, leading the company’s crisis/business continuity management and planning function for 16 years, including Asia Pacific for 10 years and working in India for five years with Virendra Singh.
Lipp has developed consent-to-operate community relations programs in a number of countries, including all ASEAN countries, India, Pakistan, Korea and Brazil. He is now principal of LippService LLC and a partner in Hillis Group, both communication management companies in Wilmington, Delaware, USA.
A 1967 graduate of the University of Illinois (USA), he is past president of the Lincoln Club of Delaware
