Pehal was a programme initiated by ZEE TV. This programme was designed to show the innovations of persons working for the service of humanity. During course of two years they covered more than 250 stories. Out of these they selected 45 initiatives to be printed in form of a book.
On 12th May 2006 they felicitated the individuals behind these 45 stories. Mr. Virendra (Sam) Singh was one of the chosen few. |
