Home visits of PPGVS’s students by school teachers and other members of PPES is a regular program. This helps in developing a better understanding about background of the student and also helps in building a relationship with the community.
Regular meetings are held at the village level to emphasize the importance of girl child education. Special focus is laid on backward communities.

PPES teaches three principles to all its students-1) take care of your self, 2) do one good deed a day, 3) do not be lazy.
As part of the training for imbibing these principles PPES assigns various tasks to it’s students. One such task for the senior students was to take care of the most need granny in the village, during winters. 150 grannies were adopted by the students.
